Our client, a technology solutions provider and software engineering company is looking to hire a Senior Frontend (React) Developer. Successful candidate will be working on a variety of hard problems, partner closely with engineering teams to identify and tackle important analytical challenges for the company's client.
Role Summary
Our client is looking for React Developer who will be working on-site (on contract basis; 6-9 months) to apply React.js comprehensive JavaScript library to build user interfaces and help make smarter decisions to deliver even better products. In this role, the primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Redux). The successful hire will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. The successful hire will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important
Responsibilities
● Developing new user-facing features using React.js.
● Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
● Translating designs and wire-frames into high quality code.
● Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
Requirements
● 7+ years of industry experience in relevant area of technical expertise
● 4+ years of active React.js experience with a thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
● Experience with popular React.js state management (such as Redux).
● Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
● A knack for converting wire-frames/mock-ups into fully functioning clean, maintainable, cross-browser compatible user interfaces. ● Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
● Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
● Experience with data structure libraries.
● Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
● A knack for bench-marking and optimization.
● Familiarity with Git and Git workflow.
● Data-oriented personality. Ability to verbally & visually communicate complex results.
● Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
