BUSINESS FUNCTION:
We require the service of a passionate, energetic, and charismatic person with a track record of developing and leading partnership and onboarding initiatives and integrations with foundations and corporate partners.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITY: CLIENT SUPPORT & RETENTION
·       Client onboarding
·       Client Support and Engagement
·       Research
·       Strategy
·       Marketing and content development.
YOUR ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
·       Identify and market our services to clients, help them fulfill KYC requirements, and assist in planning projects effectively
·       Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
·       Address client issues with speed and efficiency
·       Generate new business
·       Request feedback from existing clients to identify areas of improvement with service
·       Develop, design, and build recipient lists
·       Build creatives and draft copy for email campaigns
·       Execute all aspects of the email deployment process from pulling email audiences, uploading content, QA, launch, and monitoring email delivery


·       Manage daily, weekly, and monthly data-driven analysis and reporting of campaign and channel performance, including funnel performance and conversion metrics
·       Routinely evaluate our existing email notifications and develop new automated campaigns based on user insights
 
PERSONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with Mail Chimp, or similar platform
  • Previous experience in political or charity fundraising preferred
  • Excellent writer, especially in short form (email copy, headlines, etc.)
  • Strong quantitative skills including using basic statistical analysis to understand customer behavior
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Plan and execute the sales strategy in order to meet the agreed landmarks and timescales and to ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits and pipeline development reports
  • Anticipate any change in the opportunities, market, customer needs and requirements that could impact the overall revenue target
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
·       You bring 2-5 years of sales experience in a services and solution business with proven results
·       Minimum university degree
·       Demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
·       Able to understand, articulate and position the value of a technology-based solution to the customer
·       Able to articulate solutions to customers
·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·       Mastery in developing trusted customer relationships
·       Ability to leverage and engage internal resources such as marketing, compliance, etc
