Our client is an FMCG Multinational Company actively present in 30 countries. They currently have an opening for Factory HR Manager (FMCG) - Tema

The ideal candidate will develop a disciplined workforce in the factory, build a strong industrial relations and employee relations, and support the plant to achieve performance and quality.

​Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to factory manager in the interpretation of company policies, procedures and programs consistent with philosophy and core values. 
  • Maintains knowledge and understanding of labor and/ or state laws and regulations related to Labor and Human Resources. Responsible to maintain a cordial Industrial and Employee Relations.
  • HR Administration assuring the labor law and local government rules and practices, Payroll management, Overtime, variable remuneration linked to productivity and COX, Benefits administration (insurance, canteen, etc.); Labor contracts administration
  • Outsourcings interface and management: Payroll, Recruitment and task force.
  • Workforce planning (recruitment, shifts, turnover, etc.)
  • Relationship with unions
  • Implement the factory policies and rules
  • Assure that we are compliance with the Save & safety initiatives and practices.
  • Design and implement training programs focused on legal, safety and technical aptitudes and attitudes in an operations environment.
  • Design and implement an employee engagement initiatives in the factory 
  • HR analytics & costs (overheads and direct labor force)
  • Other policies & programs for the plant
  • General Services coordination (security, transport, drivers, reception, etc.)
  • Communication skills both written and spoken at all levels 
  • Negotiation skills
  • Focus and internal client oriented attitude
  • Leadership & management skills in a dynamic role
  • Hands – on attitude

Requirements

  • We are looking for someone who comes with minimum 6 years of experience in managing plant HR operations as a senior manager.
  • Should be a Law, Economy or similar other business degree.
  • Furthermore, should come with excellent interpersonal skills.
