Our Client is a leading Nigerian FinTech company focused on, developing Digital Banking and Digital Business solutions and running Payments Infrastructure by rethinking the needs of consumers, businesses and the financial industry. They are ever expanding and look to engage the services of a of a Full Stack Software Developer.
Who we are looking for
An ideal candidate should have minimum of 2-year experience, has built at least one production ready application, either single-handedly or as part of a team. We value technical depth, so the candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to solve technically challenging problems.
The candidate should understand how things work. If the candidate has used a tool, framework or library before, he/she should be the type of person who is curious to know how those things work behind the scene.
Responsibilities
  • Work with other developers, enterprise architects, product and project managers in designing and implementing software solutions.
  • Produce clean, efficient and unit-tested code based on specifications
  • Integrate software components and third-party programs
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting


Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Proven minimum 2-Yearsrelevant work experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and software design patterns
  • Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
  • Must have knowledge of coding languages (e.g. Java, C#, C++, Golang)and frameworks/systems (e.g. Spring/Spring-boot, AngularJS, Git)
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, MSSQL) and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks
  • (e.g. Hibernate)
