Role Profile
  • 70% Sales; 30% Execution focused
  • Responsible for Sales, Business Development for technology solutions – developing the value proposition for the client; presentation to all stakeholders and negotiating final agreements.

  • Spends 60-70% of his/her time in front of clients/prospects

  • Understands what it would take to drive client adoption of company’s products to translate CAPEX investments in Pilots to cash

  • Respected in the industry as the “product” champion “preaching” all the benefits and value proposition of the product line

  • Can navigate any limiting factors that might be affecting client’s teams or stakeholders

  • This successful individual will be a superb, tech-savvy communicator (written and verbal) and a great listener, who delivers on promises, defines and follows processes, works hard and is level-headed.  This systematic negotiator sees him/herself as a problem-solver who is able to work under pressure, quick to learn and possess a high degree of emotional intelligence
