We are currently recruiting 2x Fresh Graduates for the role of Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client. This role is a contract role for 12 months (possibly renewable depending on business needs)
Customer Service Representatives are all about helping and educating customers. You take angry users and turn them into our strongest evangelists, and you’re always looking for unique and exciting ways to solve problems. You’ll be providing exceptional support, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly while developing deep relationships. This is a temporary role, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality service
  • Be a passionate advocate for customers while answering any questions 
  • Show empathy to frustrated customers while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences
  • Build loyalty among new users and get our early adopters to fall in love with the service all over again
  • Manage issues and escalate them when necessary
