Job Profile 

As a Senior Project Manager, your effort has a direct impact on the outcome of the business, the excellence of our fulfillment process and the satisfaction of our customers through detailed planning. You would properly manage all project stakeholders (internal and external) required for the fulfillment of any project. You will ensure projects are delivered within defined time frames, budget and alignment to client scope definition.

The role reports to the Chief Solutions Officer.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, your job responsibilities includes the following; 
  • Defining the Project Management strategy, leading the design and implementation of common project management methodologies, standards and tools to facilitate the successful delivery of projects. 
  • Leading the execution of a project management governance, reporting and reviewing frameworks to provide a holistic view of all organisational project activity. 
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Coordinating project delivery and eventual promise fulfillment for clients.
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of projects, within scope and budget assigned.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensuring adequate resource availability and allocation for project execution.
  • Developing a detailed project plan to track project activities and progress. 
  • Using appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Preparing reports and updating management with detailed information as needed.
  • Employing risk management techniques to minimize project risks.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors, clients and all
    stakeholders.
Key Requirements

You would be a good fit if:
  • You have 7 years proven project management experience working in the technology sector. 
  • You have excellent (written and verbal) communication skills for client-facing and internal purposes.
  • You have very good attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • You have certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II.
  • You are proficient in JIRA.
  • You are experienced with developing and tracking budgets.
  • You have good leadership / management skills
  • You are passionate and experienced with Process Improvement, Performance Management and Inventory Control.
