Our client is one of the world's largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide. With over 120 operations centre in 130 countries across 5 continents, she manages administrative and non-judgmental tasks related to visa, passport, identity management and other services for its client governments enabling them to focus entirely on the critical task of assessment. 

Due to expansion, they are in need of an Operations Manager in Lagos who is proficient in the Italian Language.

Responsibilities
·         To ensure that the Customer Services function is adequately staffed and trained to deliver an efficient service to internal and external customers.
·         To represent the Customer Services function as an active member of the Senior Management Team.
·         To actively promote and manage the process of continuous improvement in Customer Service standards within Call Enquiries and Order Processing.
·         Create and sustain a positive team environment displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
·         Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
·         Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations
·         Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met
·         Plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis

·         Manages the stock control, and checks that inventory records are accurate
·         Creates a detailed schedule based on strict deadlines
·         Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties
·         Makes sure the working environment maintains access to quality equipment
·         Follows up on interruptions to the order

·         Organises, plans, and implements inventory activity
·         Confirms that health and safety regulations are followed
·         Provides guidance to employees


Requirements

·         Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
·         Language – Italian And English
·         4 years of experience in customer care/Operations
·         Managerial Experience is a plus
