The Technical Operation Executive to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems and help with hardware installations. Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues 
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams 
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Product Installation, Troubleshooting, Product Knowledge 
• Provides a position of professionalism to others. 
• Installs GPS/Vehicle tracking hardware with an average installation time of 45-60 minutes utilizing basic power ignition or ground with a starter kill relay or complex requiring a custom wiring harness when accessing the CAN network of both vehicles and equipment.
• Provides troubleshooting assistance for hardware related issues by effectively diagnosing and repairing issues with electronic/telematics in a timely manner.
• Oversees installation projects as needed.
• Identifies and resolves problems with equipment on site.
• Communicate installation status and troubleshooting results 
• Trains end-users on the hardware as needed.
• Works with hardware vendors to resolve equipment failures/problems.
• Field operation research 

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in vehicle tracking installation
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Intelligent, driven, competitive, strong work ethic, high level of integrity
• Must be able to work independently, without direct supervision.
• Tertiary degree (A Technical degree is an added advantage)
