Qualifications: 

1. The ideal candidate must be versatile, innovative, dedicated and result-oriented. 
2. He/She must possess a B.sc or HND in Mass Communication, Economics or Business Administration. 
3. Cognate experience in media communications, advertising, PR or related areas with a practice of at least five (5) years will be required. 
4. Membership of APCON or related professional bodies will be an added advantage.
