Job description
- Responsible for coordinating/preparing innovative food products for Nigerians
- overseeing/ supervising the company’s day-to-day food production operations
- Supervision and training of production team members such as cooks
- Ensure strict adherence to recipes by production units at all times.
Qualifications needed
- Flair for cooking and developing innovative food products, primarily delicacies/recipes that will be loved by Nigerians
- Must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in the food or related industry.
- Research and analytic skills
- A passion for food/cooking and development of innovative food products (must be willing and able to work in non-formal work environments like a kitchen)
