Job description 

  • Responsible for coordinating/preparing innovative food products for Nigerians
  • overseeing/ supervising the company’s day-to-day food production operations
  • Supervision and training of production team members such as cooks
  • Ensure strict adherence to recipes by production units at all times.
Qualifications needed

  • Flair for cooking and developing innovative food products, primarily delicacies/recipes that will be loved by Nigerians
  • Must possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in the food or related industry.
  • Research and analytic skills
  • A passion for food/cooking and development of innovative food products (must be willing and able to work in non-formal work environments like a kitchen)

The Place is a trademark of Smackers Limited, a company set up in 2003 to explore opportunities in the Food sector in Nigeria.
