Our client is in the business of creating excitement and fun by providing a memorable photo entertainment experience for guests at personal and corporate events including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, school events, end-of-year parties, team bonding sessions, send-forths, in-store promotions, exhibitions, trade fairs and numerous other events. Its stated mission is to ‘harness the power of photography to inspire positive emotions and spread joy and happiness’. They now have a requirement for a Business Development Executive

Role Description
  • The Business Development & Sales Executive is responsible for executing the company’s market and competitive strategies, leading the company’s sales and revenue drive, and managing key customer touch points. 
  • Key Requirements
  • Promote the company’s offering of a memorable photo-entertainment experience and unique photo-themed products
  • Collaborate with wedding planners, event companies, event organizers, venue managers, photographers and other business channels to secure bookings and reservations of the company’s digital photo lounges at upcoming events
  • Manage interaction with current and potential customers across all key customer touch-points (email, web, mobile, and social media platforms -Facebook, Twitter, YouTube etc.)
  • Suggest new and innovative sales and business development strategies to achieve business growth
  • Undertake management and administrative tasks required to support business profitability and enable operational efficiency

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excited about working in sales, marketing and business development
  • Fun loving and attracted to events, photography, hospitality and entertainment, especially weddings
  • Have a passion for working with a start-up company in a new business area
  • Has good interpersonal and social interaction skills 
  • Is proficient in the use of social media for business
  • Has good presentation and communication skills
  • Is self-motivated, goal oriented and has a high level of personal discipline
  • Is proficient in the use of basic IT productivity tools (MS Word, Excel, Email etc.)
  • Proficient in use of CRM package will be a clear advantage
Remuneration
  • Basic Monthly Salary
