JOB SUMMARY

To look after day today activity of BFL area. He will going to operate BFL machine of Abvee in shift as an operator.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• To operate BFL machine independently.
• To prepare production record as per system.
• To maintain good health of the machine and upkeep of the surrounding.
• To participate in trouble shooting.
• To coordinate with maintenance.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• You are required to prepare and maintain production records as per defined format relating to your job function.

Qualification & Experience

• Operate W&H Machine independently.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a tertiary degree
• Should have 4-6 years working experience
• Must have worked for BFL with W&H machine.
• Hands-on trouble shooting for BFL machine and process.
• Must have knowledge of handling 3-layer W&H machine.
• Must have knowledge of resins i.e. LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE & Metallocene and other resins, which is getting used.
• Up to date knowledge of safety legislation relating to process and packing equipment.
• Should have good knowledge of process and machine.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Problem solving skills.
