Our client is a top Pharmaceutical organisation that has been in the business of manufacturing quality and affordable healthcare products across Africa. They now have a vacancy for the position of a Senior Talent Specialist ( Acquisition & Development)
The ideal candidate will create and execute HR programs & initiatives, aligned with the business and functional priorities, ensuring the attraction, development and retention the best talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7 years’ HR experience in a similar role in a multinational FMCG company.
- Create and implement the training and development plan for the different employee targets in the company.
- Talent Acquisition management (recruiting processes in all the areas except operations) & onboarding processes in alignment with our client's corporate standards.
- Manage the our client's Talent Cycle program (performance appraisal system, talent review system and bonus system) in alignment with our client's corporate standards.
- Create and implement the employee value proposition and engagement plan.
