Mixer Operator

Job Description

Our client is a muffin, cake and baked goods company. With operations across sub-saharan Africa, they are now looking for a Mixer Operator for their new location in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Measures/weighs Raw Materials into mixing bowls
• Put mixing bowls into machine and mix Batter. 
• Moves the finished bowl to the Hopper Topper to be pumped into depositor, and takes back the empty mixing bowl for the next mixing cycle.
• Manage the timing of when to start the next mix, in order to keep the plant filled with batter but not let it stand too long before depositing.

Key Requirement

• Must be trainable
• Understanding of muffin/cake/bakery environment
• Knowledge of bakery transfer pump
